A great puerto rican meal can’t end without a delicious homemade flan.  Flan is really a custard and puerto ricans have plethora of techniques to prepare it.  Regardless of softer or harder consistencies, one thing for sure, this is a favorite dessert. Sangria is a typical beverage we inherited from our Spanish ancestors. It normally consists of red wine, chopped fruit, a sweetener, and a splash of brandy.
